Charting Question

Do you use a red sticker for even the smalles amount of brown fluid on the TP?

Do you put a "sensation" as well as the type of CM on your chart? I feel like I have to go through and pick one of each. Is that right?

I'm so confused! I feel like I'm doing this all wrong. I have a review in a week or so. Thank goodness!

  2. Yes, I would use a Red Sticker for anything you see that's brown. That is a "red flag" for the doctor. It usually means infection of sort (or implantation!).

Yes, you would put the "stretch" (number) as well as "description" (letters) ... example: your mucus stretched 3/4" and was cloudy, clear and felt lubracative = 8CKL.

If it does not "feel" lubracative (you'll know this by wiping the correct way), then you shouldn't put an L. Just use the other descriptive terms.

If it feels lubracative, is clear or stretches 1" or more, than this is PEAK type mucus. Hooray! :)
